If the house comes with a good-looking pool, it can also fetch a good price.

The original pool looked more like a pond with a small activity area and raggedy sides. We wrapped the whole pool in composite decking and connected it directly to the entrance gazebo, widening the lounge area.

The advantage of having composite decking is that it doesn’t need to be maintained even if it is sprinkled every day, it doesn’t lose its colour and is still very good at preventing slipping.

A transparent glass fence has been installed around the perimeter for aesthetic and security reasons.
