The client’s house is higher than Driveway, and Decking steps were used to solve the height difference. After converting to a concrete driveway, the ground will be raised a bit, and the bottom Decking steps will be close to the driveway, which will be easily soaked by rainwater during the rainy season and shorten its service life. 🤔 In order to avoid this situation, when we plan, we remove the Decking surface of the lowest level, the steps are slightly higher than the driveway, and the bottom of the concrete floor is made, so that the rainwater will follow the slope of the ground, and naturally flow to the drainage outlet. And the garage doorway terrain is relatively low, you need to add a drainage trough to avoid water accumulation, perfect solution to the drainage problem, a beautiful driveway is completed
