Over time, the crossovers of many older homes tend to crack and deteriorate, which not only affects their appearance but may also result in fines from the council. We have completely removed the old damaged pavement, re-levelled the foundation, and reinforced the steel bars.

In strict accordance with council standards, we precisely control the concrete grade and pouring thickness to ensure the pavement is level, pressure-resistant, and seamlessly connected to the kerb. The renovated crossover not only allows for smoother vehicle access but also enhances durability
